Role Overview

We are seeking a sales leader with deep expertise in the manufacturing sector and a proven ability to build and close multimillion-dollar strategic deals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for opening new enterprise accounts across the United States while capitalizing on the strong momentum generated in recent years through strategic partnerships with leading global organizations.
Key Responsibilities
· Partner with marketing and alliance teams while leveraging your own network of customers and partners to develop and grow a strong U.S. sales pipeline.
· Identify, position, and communicate the value of Sinequa and ChapsVision solutions to both business and technical leaders at the VP and C-suite levels.
· Own and manage the global sales cycle from initial engagement through proof of concept (POC) or prototype development to contract negotiation and close.
· Coordinate and orchestrate cross-functional teams (Sales Engineering, Legal, Finance, Executive Leadership) to ensure alignment and successful deal execution.
· Build and execute account and partner strategies with technology alliances and system integrators to generate and expand multi-million-dollar opportunities.
· Provide weekly pipeline updates and sales progress reporting to leadership.
Key Skills and Qualifications
· 10+ years of enterprise software sales experience, ideally within AI, data platforms, PLM, ERP, or industrial software environments.
· Strong understanding of the AI landscape, including Agentic AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and enterprise AI applications.
· Deep knowledge of the Manufacturing vertical (Aerospace & Defense, Automotive, Semiconductors, Energy, etc.), including the product lifecycle from engineering and design to supply chain, operations, and maintenance.
· Demonstrated hunter mentality—self-motivated, proactive, and driven to open new accounts and expand market presence.
· Ability to understand and articulate how processing and analyzing unstructured enterprise data can create competitive advantages for large organizations.
· Proven track record managing complex enterprise sales cycles, including multi-stakeholder deals with Fortune 500 organizations and contracts exceeding $1M+ (software, infrastructure, and services).
· Comfortable selling to both executive leadership (VP/C-suite) and technical stakeholders (IT, architecture, data teams).

The expected compensation for this role is up to $350,000 in on-target earnings (OTE), which includes a base salary and performance-based variable compensation.
